Website purchases (PayPal)
- Within 7 days of buying, and before you’ve taken two mock exams: a full refund.
- Bought the wrong licence or bought twice: a full refund, any time before you use it.
- Otherwise a person looks at every request and may offer a partial refund.
App purchases
Purchases in the App Store or Google Play are refunded by Apple or Google under their rules. We can’t refund them ourselves, but we’ll help you ask.
How to ask
Account › Purchases › Ask for a refund, or write to [email protected] with your order number. We reply within 48 hours.
